Dylan is a dedicated U.S. Army veteran and native of Midway, Georgia, who served as a Captain in the Field Artillery branch after commissioning from Georgia Southern University. He advanced through progressive leadership roles supporting infantry, cavalry, and armored formations, developing deep expertise in fire support coordination, targeting, and operational planning in complex environments. His assignments included Targeting Officer for 2-7 Infantry; Fire Support Officer and Assistant Squadron Fire Support Officer for 5‑7 Cavalry; Fire Direction Officer for B Battery, 1‑41 Field Artillery; Assistant Brigade Fire Support Officer for the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team; and Operations Officer for the 3rd Infantry Division Artillery.
Following his transition from active duty, Dylan joined Cintas Corporation, a Fortune 500 provider of uniform rental, facility services, first aid, fire protection, and safety products. He has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, including Advanced Leadership Partner, Service Manager, and Regional Service Manager for the Southeast and Central United States, and currently serves as Regional Service Manager for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Market Expansion within the Fire Division. In this role, he leads production operations, supports the integration of acquired businesses, and contributes to new market growth while maintaining high service standards. Dylan holds an MBA from Syracuse University and earned his Six Sigma Black Belt through Georgia Tech. Married with two sons, he remains actively involved in leadership development and veteran support through MilVets and American Corporate Partners, serves as an AUSA Young Professional Mentor for ROTC cadets at Georgia Southern University, and supports Cintas’s VALOR program, a veteran and military‑ally initiative focused on leadership, mentorship, and community impact through corporate communications as Communication Commander.
